Brighton based DJ Friction unleashes a live promo video for his upcoming new single 'Long Gone Memory' featuring Arlissa, filmed at Original Penguin's 'Plugged In' rooftop party in the summer.
The video features event goers having an absolutely amazing time at Dalston Roof Park in London, getting the first taste of Friction's incredible new track. It's an excellent party tune; very atmospheric though still pretty chilled out, and with vocals from Arlissa - who released her debut single 'Sticks and Stones' to major praise earlier this year - adding some serious emotion, it's hard to see 'Long Gone Memory' pass by unnoticed later this year.
Friction has become a major figure in Drum & Bass in recent years, having landed a place in the D&B Hall Of Fame at the Drum & Bass Arena Awards in 2011 and becoming the main star of Radio 1's Sunday D&B show. His last single 'Led Astray' received massive radio support, and with this inviting new track on its way out, we can say that we are definitely looking forward to his debut album which Friction is currently hard at work on. He is now touring the UK and even has a European event lined up for this coming October.
