The 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards saw the arrival of LGBT activists from all areas of the media, led by the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation president Kristen Ellis-Henderson and her partner and CEO Sarah Kate Ellis. Various celebrities were honoured at the event including 'Star Trek' actor George Takei, and comedy show 'Orange is the New Black' also won an award.
