He helps a female guest or assistant of some kind out of the vehicle before loudly praising her in front of the awaiting paparazzi. 'I love her, she's the best!' He yells as he makes his way inside.
Jimmie is best known for playing J.J. Evans on the American comedy TV series 'Good Times' which originally ran between 1974 and 1979 and also starred Esther Rolle and John Amos.
