Colombian artist Fernando Botero speaks at a press conference where he is promoting his new book 'Circus' which features art from one of his most recent collections of the same name. The video begins with his associates standing and singing the Colombian national anthem 'Oh Gloria Inmarcesible!'.
An announcer then tells the audience, 'We begin this event with a very important message from the President of Colombia' before a message is read out in Spanish. Botero is later seen signing copies of his new book and takes a photo with a fan.
