Bristol four-piece Bridges will be releasing their brand new hook-laden track 'BFF' on February 23rd 2015 through Bear Pit Records, as the second single they have launched so far, following previous release 'Ballgowns' and the free download 'Storming The Palace'.
The video is a collection of home-movie style performance clips of the band playing 'BFF'; a song of occasionally angry guitar intertwined with soaring, delicate synth and gentler strings, with vocals that adapt seamlessly through each deliberately jarring mood change.
The band; who are vocalist Ethan Proctor, guitarist Josh Redman-Thomas, bassist Henry Matthews and drummer Joe Lane; are set to embark on a mini tour of the UK towards the end of February, with a date at the Hoxton Square Bar in London. Their previous live experiences have included supporting such bands as Little Matador, George Ezra and Kids In Glass Houses and even landing a spot on the roster at 2014's Glastonbury festival as well as Dot To Dot which takes place in Bristol, Nottingham and Manchester.
