Victoria Beckham feels ''sick'' before her fashion shows.
The singer-turned-designer has enjoyed huge success with her upmarket dress collection since launching it in 2008, commanding respect from all over the fashion world, but she admits she still gets nervous ahead of her presentations.
She said: ''Before the collections go out, I feel sick to my stomach. I definitely don't see myself as the toast of the town.''
However, Victoria - who has four children, Brooklyn, 13, Romeo, 10, Cruz, seven, and 17-month-old Harper with husband David Beckham - says she loves her job and feels very lucky to be given the opportunity to pursue her passion.
She said: ''I just consider myself to be so blessed to be able to do what I love.''
Victoria showed her latest collection at New York Fashion Week in September and she admitted she felt ''relieved'' when it was over.
She said: ''I think I'm just relieved it's over. I still find it so nerve-wracking. I wanted to use the same aesthetic as I always have, but apply it in a different way. I've also been doing a lot of in-store events in different department stores and boutiques. It has been really interesting to listen to what the customer wants, and I think that first-hand knowledge has given me a bit more confidence to take each next step.''
