Actress Vera Farmiga had no problems casting the teenage version of her character in new film Higher Ground - she picked her own sibling.
The Up in the Air star makes her directorial debut with the drama and opted to call on her little sister Taissa when she needed a talented young look-alike.
Farmiga tells Bust magazine, "I'm obsessed with her, and have been obsessed with photographing her since she was a kid, because she has a transparency in her face. She has a magical face that's capable of such emotion, and she's just a good sport... She's very easy to direct.
"Nepotism just seemed like it was appropriate in this situation. I didn't read anybody else for the role. She reminds me a lot of myself when I was 16, and so she was the one."
