The Saturdays singer Vanessa White has given up alcohol in order to be in good shape for the band's forthcoming tour.
Vanessa White has given up alcohol.
The Saturdays singer wants to be in the best possible shape for her group's forthcoming 'All Fired Up' UK tour - which starts next month - and is trying to eat as healthy a diet as possible.
She said: "I have a trainer, so we do half an hour on the treadmill and a bit of body pump, followed by cardio and some work on the Power Plate.
"I can't drink alcohol from now on. When I'm on tour, it's my most sensible time. We eat really healthily because we have caterers, which means loads of veg, brown rice and salmon for energy."
The 22-year-old singer is just 5ft 1in tall and so refuses to go on stage alongside her bandmates if she doesn't have a boost with her footwear.
She explained in an interview with Closer magazine: "I won't go on stage unless I have a huge heel because I'm the shortest. When I first got into the band, I couldn't wear heels but I forced myself"
