Uma Thurman and her new-born baby are in good health, after the Hollywood star welcomed her third child over the weekend. The Kill Bill star gave birth to her second daughter, and her first child with financier beau Arpad Busson.
In a statement to US Weekly magazine, the actress' manager Jason Weinberg said, "Mom and baby are doing well!", though did not reveal any further details, including the name or weight of the child. Thurman already has a 14-year-old daughter Maya and 10-year-old son Levon with her ex-husband Ethan Hawke. She and Busson, 49, have been dating on and off since 2007, including a brief engagement. After separating, the couple reunited earlier this year, and Thurman announced that she was expecting her third child in February. Though best known for her work with Quentin Tarantino - including 'Pulp Fiction' and the 'Kill Bill' movies - the actress is currently starring in the hit musical television show 'Smash'.
On the big screen, Thurman will next star in the comedy-drama 'Playing the Field', about a former professional athlete (played by Gerard Butler), who tries to redeem himself by coaching his son's soccer team - only to be unable to resist the advances of his players' attractive moms. She is also rumored to be starring alongside Clive Owen in the drama 'Blind', about a novelist who was blinded in a car crash that killed his wife.
