The star sued the record executives in February (15) for $1.3 million (£866,670), accusing them of false accounting amid allegations the Hot Boy$ member was not paid for songs he released while signed to their label.

He also requested to have his record contract voided and demanded the return of his music rights.

In May (15), the rapper was granted a default judgment after Williams failed to respond to the lawsuit in the proper amount of time.

However last month (Jun15), Turk requested to have the lawsuit dismissed after the two parties came to an out-of-court, undisclosed settlement, according to TheAdvocate.com.

The suit was dismissed on 30 June (15), with both sides agreeing to pay their own legal fees.
