Rocker Travis Barker has settled his lawsuit over the fatal 2008 plane crash that left him severely burned and claimed the lives of four others.
The Blink-182 drummer was travelling back to Los Angeles from South Carolina with his late pal Adam 'DJ AM' Goldstein when the jet failed to clear a runway, crashed and burst into flames.
Barker and Goldstein, who were the only survivors, both suffered second and third degree burns.
According to TMZ.com, Barker struck a deal with defendants Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Global Exec Aviation and others on 18 November (09). Thelma Still, the mother of Barker's bodyguard who was killed in the blaze, also settled her case during the mediation.
Settlement papers were filed on 3 December (09).
The estate of Adam 'DJ AM' Goldstein is also suing the same defendants in Barker's suit for wrongful death, in the wake of his overdose death in August (09). That case is pending.
