One Friday night, Russell is at a house party with his straight friends. Having enough, he decides to head to a gay bar on his own to pull. No one in particular catches his eyes, until he sees Glen.
Russell decides Glen is out of his league but towards the end of the night and the bar's closing time, the two have met and hit it off, deciding to leave for a one night stand.
While the sex at first isn't that good, the two men get to know each other further as the weekend progresses, through drinking and drug taking. Russell contributes to Glen's art project, relating how to the two of them met and voicing his fears that he thought Glen was out of his league. And while Russell wants a relationship, Glen says that he 'doesn't do boyfriends'.
As the weekend draws to a close, Glen reveals to Russell that he is moving to the US on Monday. Russell doesn't take the news well, prompting the two men to discuss at length about the desire to lead a happy, fulfilling life.
