Walter Weed is a paper pusher at the FBI, when the bureau expose a plan by a mystery villain called Hal Leuco to exterminate Weed; a whole host of assassins are ready to take on the challenge. Agent Baker is the man who's charged with looking after Walter, his team of officers put their lives on the line against some of the worlds most sought after assassins including the Tremor family who appeared in the first film. Only in the closing scenes is it made clear who Hal Leuco is and why he wants Walter Weed dead.
