Ronnie Barnhardt is the head security guard at Forest Ridge Mall, he takes his job seriously but never has anything too hard to deal with, he's always ready to reprimand with skateboarders and shop lifters. As much as he enjoys his job, Ronnie wants to become a fully fledged police officer and finally own a badge and a gun.

When a flasher decides to 'bare all' in front of Brandi one of the make-up girls who Ronnie is infatuated by, he decides he must solve the case of the flasher! The only problem is the Mall has brought in the help of Detective Harrison, if he manages to solve the case before Ronnie, he might never win the affections of the girl and win a place at the police academy!
