Jason Statham picks up his role as Chev Chelios once again in Crank 2: Hight Voltage. Chev is kidnapped by a gang of Chinese gangsters who decide they're going to harvest all his organs. After they remove his heart and replace it with a temporary electronic one, Chev wakes up on the operating table and kills the surgeons. The race is on for Chev to find his heart and keep his temporary heart pumping by giving himself serious electric shocks.

Many celebrities make cameo performances in the film including Chester Bennington, Maynard James Keenan and Geri Halliwell
