Any person who is tasked with giving crucial evidence in murder trials must feel an incredible duty and must be 100% confident their testimony is correct as someone's could be ended depending on their advice.

For Dr Jack Gramm, this is an almost regular occurrence, the college professor and forensic psychiatrist often works with the FBI. Gramm is once again recruited by the FBI to help track a killer who has become known as 'The Seattle Slayer'.

When a man is convicted Gramm receives a threatening phone call and quickly the Doctor finds himself being hunted and counting the minutes down to when he will die.
