In his new book By Some Miracle I Made It Out of There, the Saving Private Ryan star claims both he and Wesley Snipes fell for Hurley on the set of their 1992 movie Passenger 57.
It was Sizemore who eventually won her affections, but he insists he was too intimidated by Hurley's looks to make a move on her during their first date - so the model/actress took matters into her own hands the following night.
According to Sizemore, Hurley changed into skimpy lingerie and jumped on a coffee table to treat him to a striptease.
He writes, "It was a goddamn good routine too."
Sizemore later moved in with Hurley, but their relationship soured when the actor discovered she was dating Grant, and he had to leave her house whenever the Notting Hill star was in town.
He recalls Hurley telling him, "Hugh is coming: when do you think you should move your things out?"
The action star admits he fell in love with Hurley, and broke down in tears when he eventually decided to end their relationship.
Hurley is not the only Hollywood beauty Sizemore has dated - he also admits enjoying a fling with Juliette Lewis when she was 19 years old and he was 32, according to excerpts printed in the New York Daily News.
Lewis' ex-boyfriend Brad Pitt is said to have given his approval for Sizemore to date the Natural Born Killers star, telling him, "I'll drive you there! I want to be your agent on this one!"
Sizemore and Lewis then spent their days in her unfurnished Hollywood mansion, watching pornography and taking drugs.
He explains, "Essentially we were really high and really rich."
