Five guitars stolen from Tom Petty's rehearsal space last week (ends13Apr12) have been recovered by police.
The instruments belonging to Petty and his The Heartbreakers sidekick Mike Campbell were swiped as the band was preparing to hit the road for a world tour.
Petty offered up a "no questions asked" $7,500 (£4,700) reward for information leading to the return of the guitars, which included a 1967 Blonde Rickenbacker and a Fender Broadcaster, and posted photos of the axes on his website.
The news of the recovery comes on the eve of Petty's first show in Colorado on Wednesday (18Apr12).
One man has been arrested in connection with the theft, but it's unclear if Petty will have to pay up for information.
