Norman Bates is back (well, his alter-ego, anyway) in this silly slasher flick from 1974, about an older man who's trying to keep his dead mother's body intact by harvesting the flesh of his lady friends. Inspired by the handiwork of Ed Gein (and interrupted frequently by a Reefer Madness-style narrator), Deranged isn't much of a movie, though it should entertain fans of high (and unintentional) camp.
