SIR Tom Jones is considering having yet more plastic surgery on his face, despite being warned his eyes could "pop out" should he go under the knife again. The veteran crooner first had his famous face altered in the 1960s when surgeons straightened out his nose, and has been using the latest surgical procedures to keep the years at bay ever since. However, despite warnings from top plastic surgery experts, the legendary lothario is keen to stay wrinkle free. The 65-year-old says, "I went to see a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills and he said, 'You've got to be careful with your lower eyes.' "He told me, 'Your eyes will be bloody popping,' he said I should try to look as natural as I can. "I've had some nips and tucks. I don't know, it depends on what I think needs doing."
