Singer Tim Mcgraw teamed up with Kid Rock for a charity gig - just moments
after performing his own two-hour concert.
The country superstar played a concert on Friday night (21MAR03) in Auburn
Hills, Michigan, then teamed up with heavy rocker Rock for a two-hour charity
gig in nearby Pontiac.
About 400 people showed up for the impromptu show, announced on local
radio while McGraw was on stage.
Fans paid $20 (GBP13) each for admission, snapped up $10 (GBP6.60)
T-shirts and handed over cash for McGraw to sing their requests.
All the money - $9,000 (GBP6,000) to $10,000 (GBP6,600) - went to the
world-wide aid charity RED CROSS.
