Country star Tim Mcgraw's show in his native Louisiana on Friday (03Aug12) was extra special - he was invited into the state's Music Hall of Fame during the gig.
The singer was performing for fans at the New Orleans Superdome when his set was interrupted for the impromptu induction ceremony.
The Hall Of Fame's President Mike Shepherd stepped onstage to present the Real Good Man hitmaker with a special plaque honouring him for his contribution to the state's musical heritage.
Previous musicians that have been inducted into the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame include Louis Armstrong and Jerry Lee Lewis.
