Country superstar Tim Mcgraw is enjoying another week on top of the American album charts - his LIVE LIKE YOU WERE DYING album has notched up impressive figures in its second week on release.

The album, which crashed into the top spot on the Billboard chart last week (ends03SEP04) with more than 760,000 first-week sales, held off debuts from Ray Charles (GENIUS LOVES COMPANY) and Jill Scott (BEAUTIFULLY HUMAN: WORDS + SOUNDS VOL 2).

Charles' duets album entered the chart at number two, marking the soul great's first top 10 album in 40 years.

The other new entry in the top five was LL Cool J's new album THE DEFINITION.
