Stop everything: Lindsey Vonn and Elin Nordegren, the current girlfriend and ex-wife of golfing pro Tiger Woods, have decided to bury the hatchet and are now said to be close buddies. Why is this news? Because after allegedly being cheated on dozens of times by Woods, Swedish-born model Nordegren vowed that she "hated Lindsey Vonn and everything about [Woods'] romance," as was reported last June.

However, it turns out that the ladies-at-loggerheads weren't as geometrically opposed as they once thought and in fact were primed to cultivate a strong if not weird friendship. Indeed, an unlikely bond has blossomed out of a rather ugly situation. "After meeting her, she found she actually liked her," Us Weekly's source says of Nordegren, who was allegedly been cheated on with over a dozen women during her marriage to the golfer.

KTVU Channel 2 and the NTSB have both issued apologies regarding their airing and unintentional confirmation of the Asiana Flight 214's pilots names. The false names of the pilots were read out on Friday (12th July) by unsuspecting anchor-woman Tori Campbell. The names have caused controversy due to their racist and insensitive nature.

Tiger Woods, pictured at an event for his foundation in 2013, has been the victim of racial slurs made by fellow golfer Sergio Garcia.

The on-air incident refers to Asiana Airlines Flight 214. Flight 214 was a passenger flight, from Korea, which crashed upon reaching its destination in San Francisco on 6th July 2013. 307 people were aboard the aircraft, there have been 3 fatalities either at the site of the crash or in intensive care shortly after. 181 people were also injured as a result of this crash.

Elin Nordegren HATES Tiger Woods new girlfriend Lindsey Vonn and everything about the sports stars' relationship - this according to a shadowy source close to the Swedish model. The golfer's ex-wife divorced him in 2010 after an epic and highly publicized cheating scandal.

It was reported how Nordegren and Woods had remained civil for the sake of their children Sam, 5, and Charlie, 4, though the insider tells Us Weekly that Elin "hates Lindsey Vonn and everything about his romance" to the Olympic skier. Woods, 37, went public with the sportswoman in March and recently enjoyed a high profile date at New York's Met Gala.

The source says Nordegren is "angry Tiger even has visitation rights to the kids," following the years of infidelity and his romance with Vonn appears to be the final straw for her. Since the divorce, Elin's personal life has been far more hush-hush though she apparently began dating coal magnate Chris Cline who lives near her $12 million beachside estate in North Palm Beach, Florida.

Elin Nordegren's new boyfriend, the coal magnate Chris Cline, is worth a cool $1.2 billion, according to the New York Post, who broke the story of the couple's relationship. Cline 53, has a mansion in North Palm Beach, where Nordegren, the former wife of Tiger Woods, has been renovating a new $12 million home. "Elin and Chris have been dating since the holidays," a source told Page Six.

A father-of-four, Cline owns a luxury yacht called Mine Games and reportedly hosted a Mitt Romney fundraiser at his home last September. Elin's ex-husband Woods is also back in the dating game, having hooked up with Olympic skier Lindsay Vonn, dispatching his own private jet to fetch her after she recently suffered a serious injury in Austria.

Nordegren and Woods split in 2010 after one of the most highly publicized cheating scandals in history. They reunited last month and were photographed together at a sporting event with kids Sam, 5, and Charlie, 3. According to TMZ.com, the exes chatted for half an hour and "appeared to enjoy each other's company."

Despite everything that Tiger Woods put his former partner Elin Nordegren through, with his past (and very public) infidelities, it looks as though the three years that have passed since their personal dramas erupted have been a healer for their friendship. TMZ have pictured the golfing star Woods together with the wife of his children, at a youth sports event in Jupiter, FL.

According to TMZ, Tiger arrived at the event first and Elin arrived around an hour later. Tiger had the kids with him. When they finally met up at the event, TMZ’s source says that they seemed pretty relaxed in each other’s company, given their tumultuous past. They chatted together for around half an hour, before their presence at the event started to cause a stir amongst other attendees. As the pair started to get too much attention, they reportedly left together, in Elin’s car. Wood’s infidelities famously came to light after he crashed his car close to his home, the day after Thanksgiving Day in 2009. Subsequently, the tabloid headlines were rife with news of a string of affairs and his marriage to Nordegren, subsequently, broke down. The couple divorced on August 23, 2010.

Currently, Woods is dating the downhill skier Lindsey Vonn. Vonn is currently injured, after a serious crash at the Apline World Championshis in Austria. After receiving hospital treatment nearby, Woods arranged for his private jet to take her home to recuperate there.

Vonn and Tiger really do seem to be stepping things up a notch with their relationship. They might be keeping coy when it comes to their burgeoning relationship, but actions speak a thousand words and both Tiger, 37 and Lindsey, 28 have seen fit to introduce each other to some of their family members.

Us Weekly have reported that Lindsey’s brother recently gave Tiger’s children skiing lessons. Tiger has two children – daughter Sam, 5 and son Charlie, 4 – with his former wife Elin Nordegren. In addition to this, when Lindsey – the downhill Olympic skier injured her leg during the super-G at the Alipne Ski World Championships, Tiger sent his private jet to escort her home from Austria after her stay in hospital.

The American skier Lindsey Vonn - who is rumored to be dating golfer Tiger Woods - has suffered a serious crash in the women's super-G on the opening day of the alpine skiing world championships in Schladming on Tuesday (February 5, 2013). The four-time world champion lost balance on her right leg while attempting to land a jump. Her ski came off immediately before Vonn slid off the course and hit a gate, according to the Guardian.

Vonn received medical attention on the slope for around 12 minutes before being taken to hospital in a helicopter. The race had been delayed by fog, which forced organizers to delay the start by some three and a half hours. It started just before a deadline which would have postponed the event for another day, though it's unclear whether visibility affected Vonn's crash. She had trailed the race leader Tina Maze of Slovenia by around 0.12 seconds shortly before the accident. 

An exclusive report by Hollywood Life.com last month revealed how Lindsey, 28, had been dating golf ace Tiger Woods for around two months. "They met through the ski community, because Tiger is an active skier," a source close to Vonnrevealed. "Lindsey has been teaching Tiger's kids Sam and Charlie how to ski." Tiger is said to have visited Lindsey in Austria mid-January, where she was participating in an Audi FIS Alpine Sky World Cup event.

Are Lindsay Vonn and Tiger Woods really dating? All signs seem to point to yes.

Well, based on all the information so far, that would be a firm maybe, rather than a yes. It appears the rumors of the two being more than just good friends started with Lindsey’s brother teaching Tiger’s kids to ski in Vial, or at least that’s what the skier herself has said. However, some other reports are claiming that Vonn herself was the ski teacher for Woods’s kids and the friendship possibly escalated. Her publicist, however, is completely denying any such rumors: "Lindsey is currently in the midst of the World Cup season in Europe," the rep said. "Her focus is solely on competing and on defending her titles and thus she will not participate in any speculation surrounding her personal life at this time."

That didn’t sound exactly like a no, did it? And while Lindsey’s rep is giving half-hearted denials, other sources close to the athletes are reporting that the two have actually been dating since November. That would make this A. Old news and B. Possibly the best kept celebrity romance of recent years. So, nothing will be known for sure until one of the two decides to clear up everything once and for all. For now, all we’re left with is speculation and pictures of the pair together.

Whilst his ex wife Elin Nordegren is doing up her new bachelor pad, it would appear that Tiger Woods is also moving on with his life since the pair split up in 2010. Hollywood Life is reporting that the legendary golfer has been in a relationship with American skier Lindsey Vonn since last November.

Aww, although let’s not get too engrossed in that cute image; the whole reason that Tiger is dating again is because he had several affairs whilst with his wife, which led to them splitting up.

Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn have been dating since November, with the legendary golfer taking the Olympic skier on a recent romantic trip to Antigua. Hollywood Life.com caught wind of the trip and dug a little deeper to discover things were actually pretty serious between the pair, however, Vonn's friends are said to be concerned about their friend dating a man notorious for cheating on his wife with a string of women.

Elin Nordegren looks like she’ll be spending her life post-Tiger Woods in style, if recent photos posted by Jeffrealty.com are anything to go by.

You might remember that, upon divorcing from golfing legend Woods, following his infidelity, Nordegren ended up with rather a large share of the sport star’s fortune, and set about tearing down a mansion she’d purchased because it worked out cheaper than renovating it. Bizarre. Anyway the 17,000 square foot property is taking shape, looking out coastwards and boasting what would appear to be a three-story structure. It’s not known yet how it’s going to look inside, or which part she’s going to have as the living area. There’s also some surprise at the size of the place given that she spends much of her time travelling; but, hey, if you can afford it why not eh?

The Daily Mail ran a piece last year suggesting that the new house would have an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a koi pond, a spa and a gym, which would certainly explain why all of that space was needed, though it’s hard to work out if any of that has been put in yet at this point. The marriage between Nordegren and Woods broke down in December 2009 after revelations came about the golfer having not just one, but a string of affairs. Check out the pictures here.
