Tiesto and Calvin are heading to Dublin, London, Manchester and Glasgow as part of their joint tour this month.
The superstar DJs are in the middle of a joint headline arena tour and the pair hit Dublin tonight, before moving onto London, Manchester and Glasgow this weekend.
Tiesto, 44, told the Daily Star newspaper: ''I love this, I've been touring alone all my life and that gets lonely sometimes so it's nice to travel around with a group of DJs.
''We have Danny Avila as well. He's a young DJ from Spain, very upcoming. We are like a group of travelling gypsies.
''Hopefully me and Calvin will get some time this weekend on the plane or at the hotel to do some new music together too.''
Tiesto, who came second to 29-year-old Calvin in the annual Forbes DJ rich list, is impressed by how the Scottish DJ has developed.
He continued: ''We started our relationship in 2008 when I remixed his song 'You're Not Alone' and we did a collaboration on my album called 'Century'.
''I gave him some tips but he's taught himself pretty well. Now we both have our Hakkasan residences in Las Vegas together. That's when we decided to tour together in the UK.
''I'm a big fan of his and we are similar people, both born on January 17, are both Capricorns and have the same humour.''
But before their double birthday celebration, Tiesto's schedule is packed through Christmas and New Year.
He explained: ''I got 15 shows in two weeks. For New Year's Eve I am in Miami and it's weird because you start at 11 and then you have to stop for the New Year wishes and start again.
''It's the only time I do that. Normally I wouldn't stop the music for anything.''
But the DJ insists he wouldn't be playing the New Year classic Auld Lang Syne when the clock strikes midnight, because he hasn't heard the song.
He joked: ''I've never even heard of it. If it's bagpipe music I'll leave that for Calvin.''
