The Who rocker Roger Daltrey insists the band's world tour won't be their last - but he treats every gig as a farewell, because he never knows when he will be ready to quit. The My Generation legends embarked on a year long world tour this week (begs19JUN06). Daltrey, 61, refuses to rule out further tours - but refuses to make longterm plans. He says, "I approach it as though it's the last time because I enjoy it more that way. If I go onstage and think this might be the last time I do this, I give it everything I've got and explore it in a different way than if I go on and say, 'I've got another 55 of these to do.' "It's like attempting to get Olympic gold every time. You don't always achieve it, but that's what you are aiming for."
