First Lady Michelle Obama made a welcome appearance at the 2013 Arthur Ashe Kids Day held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York. She bounces onto the stage and hugs tennis star Serena Williams before high-tenning everybody else in the vicinity and launching into her speech. 'I can't tell you how thrilled I am to be here with all of you', she gushed to her audience. 'You all look good, you sound good, this is amazing.'
Boyband The Wanted were also spotted on the red carpet posing with a giant tennis racket and ball, as were Lawson, TV presented Quddus and Olympic gold medal winning swimming champion Missy Franklin. Fifth Harmony also gave a performance of their song 'Miss Movin' On'.
