The Wanted singer Nathan Sykes is reportedly dating Amy Winehouse's god-daughter Dionne Bromfield. The pair were spotted getting cosy at Nicki Minaj's concert at London's Hammersmith's Apollo on Monday evening (June 25, 2012).
A source told the UK's Sun newspaper, "Nathan and Dionne have been out on a few dates but were keen to take it slowly. Things have clearly stepped up a gear now", adding, "They were very touchy-feely at the show and didn't care who saw them". The pair had previously sparked speculation of a romance, when Dionne, 16, joked that boy-band star Nathan had a crush on her, telling Twitter followers, ""C'mon now Nathan, we all know you want me to propose to you". Bromfield first rose to prominence after appearing in a YouTube video in which she sang a rendition of Alicia Keys' 'If I Ain't Got You', with Amy Winehouse. On July 20, 2011, while performing at London's Roundhouse with Nathan and The Wanted, Bromfield was joined on-stage by her god-mother. It would be the singer's last public performance, before she was found dead at her Camden home three days later - she was 27.
The Wanted have had success in the UK with their dance oriented pop music, though they scored unlikely success in the competitive U.S. market when one of their singles 'Glad You Came' was featured on hit Fox show 'Glee'.
