Indie pop band The View release their latest single 'How Long' on July 9th 2012 with Cooking Vinyl records alongside their fourth studio album 'Cheeky For a Reason'. The track can also be downloaded on iTunes with the bonus track 'Mile of Mine'.
A rather depraved video directed by Red for Nipote Film has also been unleashed online featuring actor Martin Compston ('Piggy', 'The Damned United') frequently engaging in a suggestive solo sex act whilst being unable to look at a woman without visualising them in skimpy outfits. The tune itself is anthemic and catchy; a classic sounding tune that will have you tapping your toes and singing along for the rest of the summer.
This brilliant tune is not surprising in the least coming from a group that shot straight to number one in the UK with their debut album 'Hats Off to the Buskers' in 2007. Since their inception, The View have become an overnight success making appearances at huge festivals such as Glastonbury, T in the Park and the Reading and Leeds Festivals. The View consist mainly of Kyle Falconer (lead vocals), Kieren Webster (bass ), Pete Reilly (lead guitar) and Steven Morrison (drums) - not including touring only members.
