Bruce Willis and Michael Bay have paid tribute to Michael Clarke Duncan.

The Oscar nominated actor died yesterday (03.09.12) two months after suffering a heart attack, and the actor and director who worked on his big break, 1998's 'Armageddon', have remembered him.

Bruce told E! news: ''Michael Duncan was a great actor, a great human being, and he was my very dear friend. I will miss Big Mike in a Big Way.''

The actor Still Remains in the hospital despite making progress in his health.

His representative said in a statement: ''His family are firm believers in the power of prayer and have asked that you keep him in yours during this time.''

Michael Clarke Duncan is in intensive care after suffering a heart attack.

The 54-year-old actor - who starred as convict John Coffey in 1999 prison drama 'The Green Mile' alongside Tom Hanks - was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital this morning (13.07.12) after being discovered by his girlfriend Omarosa Stallworth.

According to TMZ, Omarosa - who has been dating the actor since 2010 - is said to have performed CPR and resuscitated him after finding him in a state of cardiac arrest around 2am.

Dwayne Johnson will be named Action Star of the Year at CinemaCon.

The 39-year-old actor - who also wrestles in the WWE under the name The Rock - will receive the honour on the final night dinner at the film convention, which runs from April 23 to 26, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

CinemaCon general manager Mitch Neuhauser said: ''An exciting performer who first gained attention from audiences around the world when he developed the iconic character The Rock, Dwayne Johnson has taken his charismatic presence to the big screen and has proven over and over again that he can entertain audiences of all ages - whether it be an action-paced film or a family comedy.

Dwayne - who wrestled under the name The Rock - said: "It's my home and it's in my wiring and my makeup. I'm a physical guy and I love that. There's nothing like being physical and taking care of business that way.

He said: "I don't want to be just that guy, who only does those kinds of movies. I want to strike out and try everything. And it's okay if it doesn't work every time - I'd be incredibly lucky if they did, especially given the range I've been trying - but I'm always so glad that I got the chance to push myself in a different direction, in a different genre.

Dwayne Johnson has enjoyed playing the first on-screen tooth fairy.

The 37-year-old wrestler-turned-actor - who stars in comedy fantasy film 'Tooth Fairy' where he plays a hockey player forced to wear wings and collect the incisors of small children - said he knew as soon as he saw the script that this was an opportunity not to be missed.

He said: "Yeah, when this came across my desk, I wasn't gonna let it go. Sometimes scripts come across, and you're like, 'You know, I could let that one go; maybe someone else could do it.' But not this, it's special… a funny, funny, funny movie. And also, we had the great opportunity of creating the first onscreen manifestation of an iconic figure that's been around forever."
