A very British offering here from The Rifles. Picture a collaborative partnership between the Jam and Madness and you're pretty much there. Sadly the best bits of both appear to have been thrown away. Instead of the fantastic pop sense of humour, all we get of Madness is the cockney vocal delivery, and rather than the power and passion of the Jam, we are left with a pastiche of the spiky trio's strutting riffs. The Ordinary Boys do this whole thing so much better I'm afraid, irrespective of whether one of them was on reality TV!
