An unnamed process server and his photographer, Justin Willard, approached the rapper, real name Jayceon Taylor, earlier this month to serve him documents stemming from an ongoing court case, and he allegedly attacked Willard and stole his camera.

They have now filed a lawsuit against the 35-year-old star, with Willard claiming he sustained injuries to his back, neck and head.

Willard is suing The Game to cover the cost of his photography equipment and medical bills plus damages, while the process server, who was not physically hurt, is suing for emotional pain, according to TMZ.com.

The Game's original legal battle stems from an incident at a basketball game in Los Angeles in March (15). Off-duty police officer Onyebuchi Awaji filed a battery report and a lawsuit against the Dreams hitmaker for allegedly punching him during a match at Hollywood High School.
