The Early Years
So Far Gone
'So Far Gone' is the latest single to be released by The Early Years.
The Early Years are newcomers worthy of your attention. Having only signed to Beggars Banquet late last year, the London three-piece have been hard at work ever since, honing their live show and putting the finishing touches to their debut album (due this September).
With guitars and banks of effects pedals taking centre stage in an attack on the senses, The Early Years have successfully nailed their own brand of fuzzy yet melodic guitar pop. Stepping up the gears with 'So Far Gone', their second single, a surging psychedelic monster that manages to defy convention without losing sight.
Released on June 26th 2006, 'So Far Gone' is as good an indicator to future greatness as possible and should further cement their position as one of the best new bands around. Roll on the debut album and resulting stadium tours.
