The star was reportedly filming a commercial on a highway in the state with a large camera crew, but the shoot caused a severe back-up in traffic.
Officers from MCIntosh County Sheriff's department arrived at the scene and ordered each member of the entourage to pay a $95 (£59) fine for failing to obtain a permit to film on the road, according to Tmz.com.
As they were from out of state, Warner and the film crew had to travel to the nearest police station to pay their fines - but the actor proved there were no hard feelings towards law enforcement officials after agreeing to pose for a snap with one of the cops.
