Missing Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines star Nick Stahl has reached out to friends via email to assure them he is safe.
The actor has contacted his loved ones and allegedly vowed to check into rehab, reports Tmz.com.
Stahl is said to have messaged friends on Friday (18May12) and apologised for worrying them with his disappearance.
The star, who was believed to be on the road to recovery following years of drug abuse, is reportedly planning to check into rehab and will be out of contact for 30 days.
He was reported missing on Monday (14May12) by wife Rose Murphy Stahl.
She recently told E! News, "I want my husband to come home. He is an amazing father and we miss him... It's extremely concerning that no one anywhere has seen him. I am begging everyone to keep a look out for him. His family needs him. Please help bring him home."
