Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe have both been served with sentences for bank and mail fraud, with Teresa getting a 15-month term. The couple will be allowed to spend the holidays with their children, and then serve their respective sentences in succession, so that one of them is always available to take care of their four daughters.
