Taylor Swift, one of the America's biggest country stars, wandered into her local cinema on Sunday (March 25, 2012) to catch the latest Hollywood blockbuster 'The Hunger Games' - which took over $155 million at the box office making it the third biggest opening of all time.
Earlier that day, the New York Post had intensified speculation that Swift was dating Denver Broncos star Tim Tebow by reported he had invited the country star to his charity golf tournament in Ponte Vedra next month. Earlier this month, US Weekly reported that Swift "had a crush" on the football star, with a source explaining, "Yes, she has a crush on him.She is a massive fan, but I don't think he sees her that way. They actually have been speaking a lot about the Bible and Christianity. Right now it's on the friendship tip -- even though that frustrates her". However, it appears Taylor opted to choose somebody else to take to the movies - close friend and Glee star Dianna Agron. Fan of both stars Abbey Cameron tweeted a photo of Taylor and Dianna at a Los Angeles theatre on Sunday, showing both girls dressed casually in similar beige jackets.
Taylor recorded two songs for The Hunger Games, including 'Safe and Sound' - a collaboration with the Civil Wars. According to Forbes, the single has already topped 600,000 downloads and could earn Swift a six-figure royalties check.
