Taylor Swift has admitted that she isn't afraid to reveal all her secrets in her songs but feels vulnerable when she listens back to the lyrics.
Taylor Swift uses her personal life as inspiration for her music.
She told America's Glamour magazine: "Everything that happens to me gets put into a song. For some reason, I'm really comfortable talking about my personal life in songs. There, I don't hold back: names, dates, times, expressions on people's faces, exactly where we were and how it felt, what I wish I would have said to them in the moment."
However Taylor recently admitted although writing songs about her heartbreak is therapeutic, she feels "vulnerable" when she listens back to the lyrics.
She said: "I've written all the songs on my album about things that have happened over the last two years, and a lot has happened over the last two years. It's been very eventful, a lot of adventures and misadventures. I have a lot fun doing this and getting to write songs about what happens in my life, but putting it all out there in your music - all the details - you're taking a chance with that because you are very vulnerable."
