"You learn a lot when you get here and the cool thing about being named the Welcome Ambassador for Tourism - which was the craziest, coolest thing - is that I'm still learning," Swift said. "But I'm so enthusiastic about this city that I feel like, when I love something, I'm very vocal about it, I'm vocal about it with my music. I just go around like, 'Everybody! New York is amazing!' So I think they just picked up on that and gave me a title."

The new title, given to her by NYC Go, is very suitable for Swift as the first single on her new album is called 'Welcome to New York.' She added, "New York was a huge landscape for what became this album. It's affected my life in ways I'm not even aware of fully."

You can find fashion that inspires you, art that inspires you, humanity that inspires you. Everywhere you look, it's impossible not to fall in love or be affected by something in New York City."

While visiting the morning show, the blonde beauty also revealed she will headline 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest,' which airs on ABC. "I'm so excited," Swift said. "It's going to be so great to be back here for New Year's."
