Taylor Swift believes Lady GaGa put a ''good love luck spell'' on her.

Back in February Gaga tweeted that Taylor - who was previously unlucky in love - would find her Prince Charming and now that Taylor is loved-up with boyfriend Calvin Harris, 31, she is thanking her fellow singer for bringing her luck.

When her pal Alex Goldschmidt tweeted: ''I pride myself on still thinking love can be like a romantic comedy but sometimes I just think I'm behind and just won't catch up,'' Taylor, 25, replied with some advice.

She wrote: ''Go read Gaga's tweet that she sent me a few months ago. It's good love luck. Because it's not a tweet. It's a magical spell.''

The original tweet read: ''You're a sweetheart! Life is friends, family, and love! We all see that in you, your prince charming will come.''

A delighted Gaga, 29, - who is engaged to her longtime love Taylor Kinney, 34, - replied to Taylor's tweet, saying: ''I only cast happy spells! Unless there's bad blood. I have a separate cauldron for that. Happy for u.''

And Alex decided to take the advice, tweeting: ''I am officially leaving my love life in Lady Gaga's magical hands. I have seen the light. I know her strength.''
