Actress Tawny Kitaen has settled a lawsuit with her ex-boyfriend after accusing him of cheating her out of $3 million (£2.07 million) in assets during their four-year relationship.
The Bachelor Party star, 47, launched legal action claiming her former lover, real estate executive Philip Cyburt, took money from her brokerage account, wrote cheques in her name, and sold off property that she owned.
The case was due to go to trial next week (beg 20Apr09) but it has now been settled out of court, according to Kitaen's lawyer, William Briggs.
The details of the settlement, which was reached on Wednesday (15Apr09), were kept private.
