Nick Barrow designs high target crimes for a living, he studies and surveys banks and high value locations and comes up with a plan to carry out successful heists which he then sells to the person willing to pay the most for his scheme.
Nick sells his latest project to the son of a cartel boss called Alejandro. Nick walks through every aspect of how the robbers will infiltrate and escape from the location. Wishing to go ahead with the project, Alejandro and his team carryout a successful heist, that is until the entire team of robbers are all shot dead. Nick finds himself on the wrong side of Alejandro's father and is suddenly thrown into a world he's not used to.
Out for revenge after the death of his son, Viktor Vasquez is out to hunt down the person he sees responsible for his son's death and wishes to put him through the same pain that he's currently going through by killing his daughter, Cate.

The Television Academy has revealed the first tranche of stars who will present awards at this year’s Primetime Emmys ceremony, including actress and comedienne Amy Poehler and ABC talk show host Jimmy Kimmel.
The list, revealed on Tuesday (September 8th), includes a number of past and present nominees. Taraji P. Henson, who is nominated for lead actress in a drama for her role in ‘Empire’, is presenting a statuette, as is her co-star Terrence Howard. Maggie Gyllenhaal, who received a nod for lead actress in a limited series or movie for ‘The Honourable Woman’, will also present an award.

The 44 year old actress posted a photo on her Instagram account on Friday showing her lying in a hospital bed with an IV drip in her arm. ‘God has a way of saying "you're doing too much!" "SAT DOWN SOMEWHERE". I'm listening Father!!! I am taking several seats!!!,’ Henson captioned the pic.

Taraji P. Henson, the 44-year-old actress best known for her role in Empire as Cookie Lyon, has issued a public apology after she accused police of racially profiling her son. Henson was interviewed last week and alleged her son had been targeted unfairly by Glendale police during a traffic stop. However, the Glendale police released footage from the officer in question's dash cam which showed he had not unfairly targeted Henson's son, Marcell Johnson.

It looks like Fox is doing everything in its power to make sure their ‘Empire’ is the only one left standing. The network filed a a trademark lawsuit on Monday seeking a declaration that it has every right to use the name ‘Empire’ as the title for its hit series, after a Californian music company demanded it pay $5 million for usage of the name.
'Empire' has been a ratings winner for Fox
According to The Hollywood Reporter Fox is suing Empire Distribution, Inc, after the company claimed they owned the rights to the names "Empire," "Empire Distribution" and "Empire Recordings”. The company has also claimed ‘trademark dilution by tarnishment’ saying the series features "a label run by a homophobic drug dealer prone to murdering his friends.”

Colin is a violent and narcissistic killer who has spent plenty of time in prison for vicious crimes, including the brutal attack on his terrified ex-girlfriend. Back in prison, he is denied parole but subsequently manages to make an escape in transit despite being handcuffed in the back of a police truck. It's a stormy night and, elsewhere, Terri is kissing her husband goodbye as he leaves her and his two children at their Atlanta home to go visit his father on his birthday. Unfortunately, he couldn't have left at a worse time as Colin manages to enter the house under the guise of a needy car crash victim.
