Pop hunk GARY BARLOW has spoken candidly about his breakdown after being axed from his record label as a solo star. The former Take That singer's fortunes plummeted in the late 1990s when he was pitted against ex bandmate Robbie Williams in a media-made charts war - and came off the loser. He has since rekindled his career with a Take That reunion but reveals depression almost took him out of the music industry for good as he gorged on food and became hooked on cannabis. Barlow says, "It would take me three rolls to get off the bed and I was reduced to wearing XXL tracksuits."
