The 'Expendables' star has listed his Coachella Valley Spanish-style home - which is located within The Madison Club, one of the most exclusive private golf courses in the US - for the same price as he bought it for in January 2010.
The 5,173 square foot, four bedroom, five bathroom property features a chef's kitchen and a master suite with various open-air terraces and patios, including a fully equipped outdoor kitchen area.
The backyard contains a heated gas pool and an in ground pool, private spa and an adjacent fire pit with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and golf course.
According to the listing on www.realtor.com, the home is situated on 45 acres in a gated community with a guard and is tended to by a maintenance and landscaping association.
Public records show the property was bought in the name of Sylvester's real estate agent, Lester J. Knispel in January 2010 for $4.5 million with no loan, which suggests a cash purchase.
The 65-year-old actor's principal residence is in a Los Angeles gated community.
