Swound!'s second single In My Head has a release date of November 28th, 2011. It is taken from their forthcoming debut album Into The Sea, which will be released in February 2012 on the band's own label, The Grelmin Corporation. Swound will be supporting Electric Six on their UK tour throughout November and December 2011.
The inventive music video for In My Head, shot and directed by the band themselves, shows a young man at a Halloween house party who has been stabbed. The video then travels backwards as we follow the lead up to events.
Swound! is made up of four brothers from the Isle of Man: Tom Staszkiewicz (bass/backing vocals) Joe (rhythm guitar/lead vocals); Rowan (lead guitar/backing vocals) and Lloyd (drums / backing vocals). Now based in Nottingham, Swound have racked up an impressive list of achievements: they have performed at Radio 1's Big Weekend and are one of only two British bands to contribute a jingle to the popular kids TV show Yo Gabba Gabba.
