An exhausted Susan Boyle had a mini-meltdown late last night, as the pressures of her busy schedule seem to finally be getting to her. SuBo, 51, is said to have unleashed a 'torrent of abuse' at bystanders at Knutsford Services in Cheshire, in what is not her first public outburst since she shot to fame following her performance on Britain's Got Talent.
After being calmed down by an aide Susan looked to regain her cool, although she was hardly likely to avoid the story going public as the press was quick to document her latest outburst as soon as it happened. Some onlookers also filmed the event on their phones.
A friend of the star has spoken on her behalf, apologising for any offense she may have cause and stating that the singer was tired and "wanted to go home."
Susan had starred in her I Dreamed A Dream musical in Manchester earlier that day and is due to tour the show until October. She has previously had treatment at the Priory clinic in the past following public outbursts, which took place in May 2009 and January 2010, before being admitted to the clinic.
