British girl group Sugababes have hailed new member Amelle Berrabah as their saviour, insisting her unstoppable ambition has turned the band around.

Berrabah, 21, joined the group last month (DEC05) following the departure of founder member Mutya Buena, and fellow Sugababes Keisha Buchanan and Heidi Range are thrilled with the new star, who they credit with revamping their image and fuelling their motivation.

Buchanan says, "Amelle is kicking us back into shape because she's so enthusiastic. We were pulling too many sickies and slacking off, so she's like a breath of fresh air."
