British girl group Sugababes have scored a double this week (15Oct07) by topping both the U.K. album and singles charts simultaneously. The pop trio scored a number one hit with their single About You Now, which remains at the top of the charts for the third week running, holding off competition from Fedde Le Grande's Let Me Think About It, which remains at number two. Mark Ronson's Valerie featuring Amy Winehouse has climbed four places up to third position. Meanwhile in the album charts, the Sugababes' Change has debuted at number one, beating Eric Clapton to pole position. Clapton's Complete charted at number two, pushing Katie Melua's latest offering, Pictures, into the number three slot.
