Taylor Kitsch - Taylor Kitsch: 'Hockey Helped Me Get Through Break-up'

Actor Taylor Kitsch's passion for hockey served as therapy to help him get through a recent love split.

The Lone Survivor hunk stays out of the Hollywood spotlight by splitting his time between his native Canada and Austin, Texas, where he filmed U.S. Tv series Friday Night Lights, and he has even managed to keep a steady relationship out of the public eye.

However, after the split from his unidentified girlfriend, he was left devastated and turned to the one thing that took his mind off his heartache - hockey.

Kitsch tells U.S. magazine Man of the World, "I'm not getting married next year, I'll tell you that much. Hockey's like therapy for me. I went through a terrible break-up a while ago and it was the one thing that allowed me to actually not think about it for an hour and a half."
