Adele - Stars Share Snaps For World Water Day

Stars including Adele, Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran and Gwyneth Paltrow have shared candid self-portraits online in support of World Water Day.

A number of famous faces took to their social networking accounts on Saturday (22Mar14) to back a campaign by clean water charity Drop4Drop.

They all shared snaps of themselves with a water theme - singer Adele posted a snap of herself on sipping from a mug of tea and another showing her young son, Angelo, reaching for his own drink.

Paltrow showed herself drinking from a glass bottle, adding in a caption, "Full of healing power," while pop star Katy Perry added a photograph of herself holding a glass of water, writing, "Remember it's world water day today & 2b (to be) grateful for every clean drop!"

Sheeran added a snap of himself filling up a tumbler in the sink, while other stars who backed World Water Day on included Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears and Justin Bieber.
